It’s considered an adaptogen, which are natural substances that are believed to stimulate the body’s resistance to stressors. Panax ginseng contains many active chemicals. The most important are called ginsenosides or panaxosides.Panax ginseng is taken by mouth for memory and thinking skills, Alzheimer disease, depression, and many other conditions
Ginkgo biloba: Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) is a large tree with fan-shaped leaves. The leaves are commonly included in supplements and taken by mouth for memory problems. It is native to China, Japan, and Korea, but is also now grown in Europe and the United States. It seems to improve blood circulation, and might also act as an antioxidant to slow down changes in the brain.
Tribulus terrestris: Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris) is a plant that produces fruit covered with spines(also known aphrodisiac ).Tribulus has chemicals that might increase levels of some hormones but it doesn’t appear to increase male (testosterone).Tribulus is used for female sexual disorders, infertility, chest pain, enlarged prostate.
Vitamin E is an important vitamin that dissolves in fat , found in many foods ( vegetable oils, cereals, meat, poultry, eggs, and fruits), required for the proper function of many organs in the body. It is also an antioxidant. Vitamin E that occurs naturally in foods (RRR-alpha-tocopherol) is different from man-made vitamin E that is in supplements (all-rac-alpha-tocopherol
Milk thistle (silymarin):

Some people also call it Mary thistle and holy thistle. It is taken by mouth most often for liver disorders, including liver damage caused by chemicals, alcohol, and chemotherapy, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, chronic inflammatory liver disease, cirrhosis of the liver, and chronic hepatitis.Milk thistle seed might protect liver cells from toxic chemicals and drugs. It also seems to have blood sugar-lowering, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects.
.Zinc Oxide: Zinc is an essential trace element commonly found in red meat, poultry, and sh(it is found throughout the body but body doesn’t store zinc) It is necessary in small amounts for human health, growth, and sense of taste. It’s needed for immune function, wound healing, blood clotting, thyroid function, and much more. It also plays a key role in maintaining vision and might have effects against viruses. Commonly use zinc for zinc deciency, diarrhea, and Wilson disease.
Selenium:Selenium is an essential trace mineral found in soil, water, and some foods(Crab, sh, poultry, and wheat are generally good food sources). It is an important factor in many body processes
Selenium increases antioxidant effects in the body.Commonly use selenium for selenium deficiency and to reduce the risk for high blood pressure during pregnancy.
Withina Somenifera Ext.(Ashwagandha):It is an evergreen shrub that grows in Asia and Africa. It is commonly used for stress. It contain chemicals that might help calm the brain, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, and alter the immune system.Since ashwagandha is traditionally used as an adaptogen, it is used for many conditions related to stress. Adaptogens are believed to help the body resist physical and mental stress.
Copper : It is a mineral found in foods such as organ meats, seafood, nuts, and grain products. It was historically used for preventing infections after burns. It also involve in many of the natural body processes. It’s stored mostly in the bones and muscles. The liver regulates the amount of copper in the blood.
